Why we hold your buy-in until a seat is funded

Minimum-waitlist thresholds, refundable holds, and why “no overlay, ever” protects everyone.

Every seat has a minimum number of entries it needs before its table can fire. Until that number is met, your buy-in sits on a refundable waitlist — it is held, not spent.

If the table funds the seat, it runs and the seat is real. If it doesn’t by the deadline, every buy-in is refunded in full. Nobody is ever short-changed, and the house never eats a shortfall.

It’s a quieter promise than a splashy guarantee, but it’s the honest one: the seat you see is always fully backed by the players in it.

Your seat is one satellite away.
